Feel ready for birth—without feeling overwhelmed.

Are you excited… and also thinking, “Wait—am I actually prepared for what’s coming?”
What if preparation didn’t mean cramming information—but building confidence through practice, support, and steady guidance?

This 5-week, in-person Lamaze small-group series takes you from pregnancy through postpartum with a warm, evidence-informed approach—so you can understand your options, practice real comfort measures, and step into early parenthood feeling more grounded.

You’ll read and watch short videos before class, which means our in-person time is for what matters most: review, discussion, and hands-on practice.

Hybrid option available: join some or all sessions virtually with prior arrangement.

  • 15+ hours of in-person mentoring

How the class works:

I can’t recommend the Lamaze course enough! Sharon is incredibly knowledgeable and breaks down every aspect of labor and birth in a way that’s both approachable and thorough. Everything she shares is practical and easy to apply, which gave my husband and me the confidence we needed as we prepare to welcome our first child. So grateful we found her class!”

Keenan S.

“My husband and I feel so much more equipped and ready to take on birth with all the tools we have now, and the whole experience has made us feel closer to each other in a whole new way. I feel more safe and secure and taken care of in my pregnancy, and my husband feels more confident now that he knows exactly what he can do to help me throughout labor. We are so thankful to Sharon and cannot recommend her class enough!!!”

Jamie H .

“Thanks in large part to Sharon and her Lamaze class, my birth experience was everything I’d hoped it would be. I felt confident and powerful in my choice to go fully unmedicated, and my husband felt empowered to support me using everything we learned in class. We also made some great friends who we still keep in contact with now that our babies are here!”
