New Mom & Baby Nurture Circle
Long before your baby is learning from your words, they are learning from your presence. Come be nurtured along side your baby.

For New Parents and Babies Born Between June 1st and August 18th
Those first weeks and months with a new baby are filled with wonder, love, questions, and enormous change. While so much attention goes toward caring for the baby, parents often discover they need care, understanding, and support, too.
Our New Mom & Baby Nurture Circle is a welcoming, in-person gathering for parents and their babies ages 6 weeks to 4 months. It is designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and grow into your relationship with your baby with greater confidence and understanding.
This is more than a typical new parent support group. It is an experience that helps parents understand their baby in a way they may never have before.
Each week, we explore how babies communicate long before they have words, how their developing brains and nervous systems are shaped through everyday relationships, and how simple moments of responsiveness, eye contact, touch, voice, and repair help build security and resilience.
These groups are designed to grow your baby’s brain right along side yours! As you learn how they develop and communicate, you grow your ability to understand and respond to their unique language. And, that gives you your steady footing and builds your trust in your parenting capabilities.
You will also learn easy, practical, evidence-informed ways to care for your own nervous system during the emotional and physical adjustment to parenthood. Because your well-being matters, too. When parents feel more grounded, supported, and understood, it becomes easier to notice their baby’s cues and respond with greater calm and confidence.
Each gathering includes gentle grounding practices, meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and bite-sized lessons inspired by nurture neuroscience, attachment research, and early relational health. There is also plenty of space to share the joys, questions, uncertainty, and real-life challenges of caring for a new baby.
In addition to our mini lessons on brain development and sleep patterns, I respond to your questions regarding topics of interest. As a nurse, lactation consultant, perinatal educator and infant massage instructor, expect a sprinkling in of that content as well. And, some surprise guests to share their version of nurture with you.
Together, we create a small, supportive village where feeding, fussing, diaper changes, naps, and interruptions are expected. You never need to apologize for your baby being a baby. You and your baby are welcome exactly as you are.
Whether this is your first baby or you are growing your family, the circle offers a calm, encouraging place to deepen connection, strengthen your instincts, and better understand the little person already communicating with you.
