A 6-Week Journey of Connection, Growth & Neuroscience in a safe and cozy cocoon of support. This is a perfect addition to a standard childbirth education class. Our group focuses on the inner work that opens your heart and mind to your new life as a parent.

If you are longing for deeper support, more regulation, and more confidence in your mothering — we invite you to this neuroscience-based and heart-led program to help you feel more whole, more connected, and more you — while also growing your baby’s brain for lifelong wellbeing.

Learn what truly matters, trust yourself, and prepare for motherhood with a gentle expert by your side. Sharon’s in‑person guidance cuts through the noise so you can take a breath, settle your nervous system, and feel confident in what’s normal, what to expect, and how to listen to your own inner knowing.

This work is deeply informed by the research and teachings of Greer Kirschenbaum, PhD, author of The Nurture Revolution, and her advocacy for nurtured neuroscience—a relationship‑centered approach that supports pregnant mothers and babies alike. The intention is preventative: fostering mental and emotional wellbeing for mothers, babies, and families by building a positive foundation beginning in pregnancy.

When mothers are informed and intentional, they are empowered to take greater responsibility for shaping the environment their babies grow within—emotionally, neurologically, and relationally. Through simple, repeatable practices, this circle helps cultivate positive habits of belief, calm, and self‑trust that carry through postpartum and into the remainder of life.

Nurture neuroscience highlights how early relational safety and caregiver regulation shape lifelong mental health. Beginning in pregnancy, intentional nurturing helps create a protective foundation for mothers, babies, and families. This circle blends calm, science‑based education with heartfelt support.

Pregnancy is not just about your body changing—it’s about your brain and your baby’s brain growing together in profound ways.
